
Settled Accounts
This is where you have repaid your credit. Settled accounts are kept on your report for six years from the date when the account was settled. The payment history shown on your report will relate to the period before settlement.
Status History
Every record of a credit account within a credit report will include a status history showing whether payments have been made on time. Status histories are held for up to 36 months.
Sequestration
A bankruptcy order issued in Scotland is known as a sequestration.
Section 7 Request
A request for a credit reference report is received under section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998. This was formerly under section 158 (1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Searches
A record of lenders who have searched your report. These are kept for 12 months.  Term
The amount of time in which a loan must be repaid in full
Thin File
A term used by lenders to describe consumers who do not have a lot of information recorded on their credit report.

Unrecorded Enquiry
A 'footprint' on your report showing that a company has searched the report for non-lending purposes. Only you can see these types of searches and they are kept on your report for 12 months.

Voluntary Arrangement

Voluntary Termination
The lender has reported that the account has been closed under Section 99 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
